Don't you just love when celebs wear something that's actually priced within your budget? Reese Witherspoon was spotted grabbing lunch with a friend in Los Angeles yesterday sporting this Urban Outfitters striped sweater. It's a celebrity fave; it's also been spotted on Ashley Tisdale. Best of all, it retails for only $48! Scoop yours up before they're all gone!

Even celebs love a deal - and we love it when they find one. It makes us normal folk feel as though famous people are just like us (even though we know this isn't the truth). Check out Heidi Klum's outfit below - can you guess what piece in the outfit is under $100? Our first guess was the top, then the shoes.

Wrong! It looks like Heidi's bargain hunting skills dug up this adorable Pleasure Doing Business striped miniskirt. We've GOT to get our hands on this piece. You can get Heidi's skirt (also seen on Ashley Tisdale and Rihanna) here. 

When People's Style Section asked me which piece of Kim Kardashian's ensemble (pictured below) retailed for under $100, my eyes went straight to the black clutch. Small, satin - I figured it was a Forever21 knockoff. 

Boy, was I wrong! It's Kim's dress that's under $100 - $76, exactly. It's from Topshop, and though it's no longer available online, you may be able to find it in stores. If you live in NYC, head to the US flagship of the retail store - it's probably still on shelves!

I ADORE Lauren Conrad's look here. She's classy but still casual, pictured while promoting her new book, L.A. Candy at a Barnes and Noble in NYC. You'd be surprised to know that her shirt cost a total of $54.99, and is now on sale at Urban Outfitters for $39.99. Go out and grab that 'ish before it sells out! I like the way the model wears it with her torn jean shorts, but I'm also loving how Lauren classed it up by tucking it into her silky shorts.

Ever since High School Musical 3 left theaters, Disney princess Ashley Tisdale, 23, has attempted to shed her good girl image for a darker and dirtier look. No, really. She dyed her signature blonde wavy locks a dark brown color and straightened them, and started piling on the dark eye makeup.

Good thing she's still the Ashley I know and love when it comes to her cool but casual style. She's no fashion plate, but Ashley knows how to put together a good outfit, and how to score a bargain. Sadly, most of us probably can't afford her Givenchy Nightingale handbag -- but wow, is that a covetable piece or what?

I tend not to believe the "Stars: They're just like us!" columns in the tabloids, but this is one "just like us" moment I can really appreciate: when stars go bargain shopping! I'm a bit believer in the high/low mix - I think those with the best personal style are those with the ability to pull off a $2000 dollar dress one day and a $5 Hanes t-shirt the next.

Give up? It's the shorts! Lilo paired her $78 Black Orchid denim shorts with her Azzedine Alaia boots (which retail for a whopping $2700). Because she pulls off the look so well, you'd never know her shorts were so inexpensive!
